She is always a nice, beutiful, funny girl who is found to commonly have brown or blond hair. And if you are friends with one make sure to stay close friends with her. Mostly because she will always keep you close in her heart and when some messes around with you she will most likely kick their ass(es) or something else it's just depending. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
