“Connellsvilled” is a term used to describe actions taken against a person who is deeply envied because of their success. The successful person typically holds a position in a workplace or organization that others want but lack the skill or experience to perform effectively. Unable to tolerate that person’s continued success, the envious individual or group attempts to undermine them. They may undermine the person by creating chaos, division, and confusion among other members of the group or organization. Once the jealous people create chaos, division, and confusion, the other members of the organization or group begin to question who they should take direction from. These jealous individuals or group members are toxic. They create a negative environment. They believe they are doing something to benefit the group or organization, while simultaneously destroying it.

The goal is to frustrate, harass, bully, malign, gaslight, and exhaust the successful person while convincing others that the successful person is incompetent. The envious party may try to pressure the successful person to resign, leave the organization, or walk away from the area entirely so they can take control. They are driven by a desire for power. However, once they take over the successful person’s former role, they often have no idea how to do the job or run the organization. In the end, the workplace or organization no longer thrives or even exists.

It’s unfortunate that John was “Connellsvilled.” We now have people in charge who have no idea how to run this organization.

Redneck City in Southwest PA, sometimes referred to as penciltucky. 20% Weed, 20% Heroin, 60% Moonshine, and 100% Fucked. Common sightings have trucks with big ass mufflers and 12 year olds wearing shorts on Christmas. Everyone and their dog has food stamps and welfare, Geibel sucks ass, Falcons 4 Life.

McKeesport and Connellsville are cesspools of garbage straight from hell.
