Coke Smoke

A cigarette, with cocaine burned on the side of it.

Used to get an instant and short lived high on Cocaine.

Can be done with any other type of tobacco smoked with a rolled paper, but most common with a class A king size cigarette.

Made by;
1. Wetting a cigarette, usually with your tongue
2. Rolling it gently over a small amount of chopped up Cocaine
3. Gently taking a flame to the wet area with cocaine sitcking onto it
4. Burning the cocaine onto the cigarette by holding it under and to the side of the drug untill it turns a dark brown and starts to bubble and make an expanding dark spot.
5. Smoking the cigarette how you normally would, but taking larger drags and inhaling deep.

Popular way of smoking cocaine without baking it into Crack, because it achieves almost the same high.

Smoke and Coke 

In the U.S. Navy, in some commands, this is a term meaning "break time". You can use the head (restroom), have a smoke, drink a cola drink, share a joke, talk about anything. AKA "Coke and Joke".

We're in a specialty school and it's 1 o'clock. Time for a Smoke and Coke.

Coresmoke

In essence, Coresmoke is proof that big things come in small packages, especially if those packages happen to be armed with an exceptionally witty comeback and an uncanny ability to find the perfect step-stool.
