An ugly and sloppy female, enjoys not wearing bras and grossing everybody out. Also does not know how to keep a boyfriend because she's sloppy, ugly and easy. Often times a "chotta" is fat as well.

Oh my gosh, Cindy! Put on a bra! You don't want to look like a Chotta!
