A subreddit comprised of people who commit animal cruelty and over-feed their pets, and will ban you on the spot if you even dare to suggest they are abusing their pets.
The content on the subreddit mainly features morbidly obese animals. These animals are most likely living miserable lives and they need to immediately be sent to a competent owner who can get them the help they need.
The subreddit claims to be against animal cruelty and promotes feeding your pet a reasonable amount, but that argument gets immediately thrown out the window when you either get banned for calling them out or you just look at any image on the site.
These animal abusers will brush off any criticism and say “but he’s on a diet” or “don’t tell me how to take care of my pet” and will be followed by an army of neckbeards getting you banned from the site.
Redditor: Look at my cat, he’s such a heckin chonker!
Reasonable person: Dude, you need to stop feeding him so much, look at him!
Redditor: Oh, look at him trying to walk! He can’t walk properly because he’s such a chonker!
Reasonable person: I’m gonna call the fucking cops if you keep this up!
Redditor: His breathing all short good because he’s a big heckin chonker! You’re gonna get me SO MUCH karma on r/chonkers!!1!
what you call a morbidly obese animal, normally it is what they're owners will call them to make themselves feel better about making they're animal have a short uncomfortable life. they will then use this obese animal to get them some of that internet fame.
Owner " aren't you just a silly little chonker"
cat "please stop feeding me, my breaths are getting heavy and baited. i dont think i will last longer"
Owner "smile for reddit!"
A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"
Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."
