Chimp Out
Chimp Out refers to the action of someone or somthing(chimpanzee) going completly ape shit on anyone who tries to calm it down. The person or thing completly looses his or her cool for an extended period of time. In extreme cases resulting in police "busting a cap in its ass".
chop out
Exclamation indicating someone has recieved what they deserved. Also used as a put down when something bad happens to someone.

White Chimp Out
A White Chimp out is when a white person removes his/her facade as a civilized human being and releases his/her Inner White Chimp; as in to start acting violent and out of control. Basically to start TNB'ing; randomly Jumping/beating someone, murder, rape...you know, the typical.
I was trying to reason with that client, but all of a sudden he chimp out on me and started screeching, became violent, and started beating random people around. We had to call the police to control him.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
