chispas
chispas- a game invented by mexicans, if you are holding something in your hand and someone else takes it and says chispas it is theirs. However, if they attempt to take it and you hold onto it for 3 seconds they have to let go, the exact time is judged by others around you. Everybody who has been informed of the rules plays and the only way to quit is to take a punch from everyone who plays.

Local specialties here include ningüijute, a seed-based pork mole, chispola, a beef and vegetable stew and pictes, a sweet corn tamale.
Carne cocida en limón is a traditional Mexican dish originating from Chiapas. Often served in cantinas and pulquerias, this tasty snack consists of ground meat marinated in lime juice. It's usually prepared with a combination of fresh lime juice, ground beef (often sirloin), chopped tomatoes, chopped white onions, serrano chili peppers, and salt.
The lime juice is mixed into the ground meat, then placed in the fridge to marinated for at least four hours. The rest of the ingredients are then added, and the meat mixture is refrigerated for 2 more hours. Once done, carne cocida en limón is typically served with fried or toasted tortillas.
Other foods include cured meats such as ham and sausage, crystallized fruits and coconut , roasted pig seasoned with chilies and spices , tamales

Chisps
A Canadian term for chips and crisps.
Mostly used to refer to potato chisps but can also be used for other forms of chips and crisps such as corn chisps, nacho chisps, tortilla chisps, and dorito chisps.
The origin of chisps is a combination of crisps and chips because the Canadians took inspiration from the European term and the American term when creating their own.
Though some Canadians will still refer to chisps as chips, chisps is regarded as the correct term. This error comes from the fact that it says chips on the packaging of most chisps because they come from America where the correct term is in fact chips.
