Chillabrate 

v. (chill-uh-brate): 1) to celebrate a significant event in a very relaxed manner; 2) to celebrate an insignificant event in an appropriately insignificant manner.

Instead of going out this New Years Eve to a loud club, I think some friends and I will just stay in and chillabrate.

When my co-worker comes back off her maternity leave, I'm going to buy her a burrito for lunch and chillabrate her return to work.

Chillbro Baggins 

The act of chilling like a hobbit.The phrase is often used when under the influence of an alcoholic substance or a drug. This word has grown to common use in the school districts of Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, by teenagers, who like repeating the same phrases.

Kevin: Yo Whats up bro? Wanna chillbro baggins?
Tug: Kevin, please quit saying that, you sound lame.
Matt: How Lame?
Tug: Medium.
Matt: How Medium?
