Nickname for "child molester". Refers to anyone convicted of or guilty of any child molestation or rape. Can be used as a broad term to refer to anyone guilty of any sexually-related acts involving a minor.

Mark: Hey John, does Chilly Mo come in at 4 today?
John: Nah, he's got the day off. Probably hanging out at some playground with his camera.
