Name used to describe someone of strength, power and more importantly, someone very good in bed.

Lady 1:"Oh my god, he was amazing in bed"
Lady 2: "Ooo, a Cheonggie, huh?"
Lady 1: "That's an overstatement!"
Lady 2: "I'm sorry, I feel so ashamed.."
Lady 1: "You are forgiven, don't do it again"
Lady 2: "I swear my life on it"

Choggie 

A low ranking person within an organizational structure who takes every opportunity to insist on adherence to procedure in lieu of actual power. An unknown person deep in a bureaucracy who will or should have done something. A person within an organizational structure with whom we don’t know or care about. Military in derivation.

That choggie made me fill out a form to get my boots replaced.

Well I guess it’s up to that choggie to forward my TPS reports wherever.
