cardestrian

A cardestrian (car-destrian) is a small European car that is driven alongside pedestrians in crowded urban European streets. The car is so small, so quiet and so maneuverable that it generally integrates into pedestrian activity effortlessly. Often, cardestrians and pedestrians commute side-by-side surprisingly effectively.

cardestrian

a car traveling the speed limit in a racing game. at a relative speed of -120 mph, these are more out of place in a videogame highway than a drunk pedestrian asleep in a real life crosswalk
burnout 3 would be so much easier if it weren't for the fuckin' cardestrians

Cardestrian

Another species on our roads other than cyclists that are under the illusion that it is ok to take up a whole lane going at 25km/h or slower. These are called "Cardestrians". They are basically a pedestrian in theory who believe they are a vehicle. These poor creatures believe they are entitled to take up a whole lane of a road, street, car park or drive through without a care in the world. Unfortunately, the $500 excess for their insurance won't cover death in a hospital as they will be dead from the vehicle impact from a Car, truck or Semi. Unless the "Cardestrian" weighs in excess of 500 kilos and can travel up to 110km/h, they are urged to stay to the paths they were given by the state government and local councils. Their wish, in due course, is to become a fully fledged Toyota Hylux.
"Is that an over-obsessed Pokemon player with a distinct lack of direction and care?? No, they are too old, must be another delusional Cardestrian."

"Oh look, that Cardestrian is breaking the 100km/h freeway speed limit!! And here is that bacon shower that was forecasted by the Beaurau of meteorology."

Chedestrians

Derived from the popular term for Mexican cowboys, "rancheros", or "cheds" for short, chedestrians are much like any other pedestrian you might encounter out on the street. Apart from their overall Mexican-ness in physical appearance, chedestrians can be easily identified by their Mexo-cowboy hats, pointy cockroach stomper boots, flamboyant button-up shirts and gold necklaces with large pendants of either a scorpion, Jesus on the cross, la Virgen de Guadalupe or a Nike swoosh. Although most cheds prefer to travel inside of either a Ford Mustang or F-150, occasionally you will encounter one (or a few if you're lucky) traveling by foot.
Dude, I was driving down Federal Blvd. the other day and nearly hit 3 chedestrians with my car! They came out of nowhere, holding their corn on cob in one hand and grocery bag in the other!!

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
