It's a natural phenomena involving an unplanned erection and a bumpy road. Usually occurs from the back seat of a moving vehicle with little or no suspension. Has actually been referenced by Creedence Clearwater Revival as a 'Travellin Bone' in one of their songs.

Shoes which look great in the shops but walking around in can be painful. Therefore they are good only for going from a car (ie Taxi) directly to the bar, hence "car to bar" Having to walk around from the subway or so is murder.

Those stilettos are great, but they are strictly car to bar shoes.

BAR CAR 

To not care about something that is said by another person, or is in the process of being said.

It is usually followed by the phrase "Plissee", a modified version of the word please. In saying "BAR CAR PLISSEE!!" - you are telling the person to please for the love of god shut up

This phrase is best used to shut someone up after you specifically make them start talking.

Person 1: "Yo how was your day?"

Person 2: "Well I went shopp..."
Person 1: "BAR CAR PLISSSEE!!"

Person 2: (Hangs head in shame)
