1) The butt muscle. (Aka gluteus minimus, gluteus medius and gluteus Maximus) however, if only referring to the muscles in the butt as a singular muscle for a smooth transition while speaking with someone, for simplicity, you could just say “Buttcept”.

2) It can also mean but and/or except as a singular word for both.

1) I really strained the ole Buttcept in the gym the other day.

2) I plan to buy my son a new vehicle buttcept I am going to need him to save up some money for the down payment himself. Nothing is free in this world buttcept headaches and hurt feelings.
