Buttcept

1) The butt muscle. (Aka gluteus minimus, gluteus medius and gluteus Maximus) however, if only referring to the muscles in the butt as a singular muscle for a smooth transition while speaking with someone, for simplicity, you could just say “Buttcept”.

2) It can also mean but and/or except as a singular word for both.
