Phrase used to describe someone of extremely low intelligence. A Bushtard is far more dense than a retard and has an IQ closer to that of George W. Bush.

A portmanteau of the words bastard, retard and the name of the current President of the United States of America, George W. [Bush]. Used to refer to supporters of his policy, ignorant statements supporting them, as well as the man himself.
