Rephrasing a sentence to make it your own directly after it was said by a different person.

Person1: what’s the temperature outside??
Person 2: it’s cold out side
Person 3(burpo’er): yeah it’s cold outside
Person 2: dude you are burpo’ing me to make it seem like you were the one who answered.
