An organization of ordinary bozos who try their best to have a great life. This organization is full of only the greatest people in the United States. Everyone is free to join but to become a V.I.B. (very important bozo) you must receive a formal invite from the highest bozo in the land, Lord Bozo. There is also a set of simple rules each bozo must follow.
