The terms twinkhon and boobtwink are neither mutually exclusive nor concomitant (a boobtwink is always a twinkhon but not all twinkhons are boobtwinks); the distinction is a boobtwink is always someone with noticeable breasts, while a twinkhon's breasts may be anywhere from completely flat-chested to so large as to induce chronic back pain.
A boobtwink is not necessarily a boymoder or manmoder, though many opt to boymode or manmode. Some consider being a boobtwink preferable to a twinkhon due to having less dysphoria surrounding their breasts, while others consider it a curse due to having to wear binders to continue to pass as cis men in a transphobic world.
