When 2 women who don't get along with others, decide to join forces for a mutual benefit. They form an "understanding" with each other, and support each other's efforts to create problems for the person or people they don't like.

Sarah and Diane both hate Kayla, so they made a Bitchunderstanding to make her look bad in front of their boss so she will get fired.
