A rediculously large fart that usually occurs during the birthing process. The birthfart is usaully combined with a rediculous amount of shitting.

When Doug's baby is born Meg's gonna birthfart during the entire time. The doctor is gonna shuke all over her twat due to the stink and amount of shit firing out of her!
