A person who was born in the city of Bend, Oregon; may include those who moved to and grew up there. Excludes persons that moved there and usurped the area's industries, politics, and recreational opportunities. Plural: Bendites.

Singular: As a native Bendite, I opposed a new development that would negatively impact the environment and that would obscure the mountain views.

Plural: Microbreweries are a favorite gathering place for Bendites.
