Nickname For the small town of Wabbaseka, Arkansas, Which is between Pine Bluff & Stuttgart.... Also used for the towns of Altheimer,Ar. & Humphrey,Ar. It was made in the early 2000's & made popular by a local rap group B.S.C (Bangside Clique).
