Juvenile antics involving the scrotum.

Figuratively used to describe a situation where otherwise intelligent individuals argue or act like college frat boys.

Literal: Al was giving the passers-by a fruitbasket from his window when his girlfriendentered the room and unexpectedly witnessed the ballsackery.

Figurative: Jim pulled the mannequin's thong off and pulled it over his face, wearing it like a wrestling mask. The store manager wouldn't stand for this ballsackery and kicked us out of the store. We thought it was funny...
