A medical term for when someone makes a big deal over a little injury and whines about it all the time.

John: "Yo dude, I think I might have torn my bicep this weekend at the gym"
Nick: "No. I don't think you did. I think you just pulled a muscle"
John: "Nah man, it like really hurts"
Nick: "You know what? Maybe you did really hurt it. It seems like we have a classic case of balbitis on our hands"
