A word used in the circlejerk that is the subreddit /r/ayymd/. When someone says ayymd they mean AMD; a company that manufactures processors and graphic cards, but with much more ayy in it. It is meant to make fun of NoVideo losers (Nvidia users) and praise AMD as if it were holy. Intel (processor manufacturer) is also very unappreciated, it is called Shintel for a reason.
