The usage of the phrase "at all" using a British accent, derived from Martin Tyler's commentary in Fifa's 2007-present. Used to emphasize "at all" to a deeper extent.

Shit atoll
A turd which is of sufficient size and mass that it naturally sits at the bottom of the toilet bowl, but with a portion which sits proud above the water line and in doing so mimics a small atoll or island.
A true shit atoll is not supported by the sides of the toilet in any way but is completely 'free standing'.

A beautiful territory of the United States. The area is unknown to the general public, and is basically an isolated set of islands in the middle of the pacific. The atoll is administered by this Fish and Wildlife Service, and is restricted, meaning one must be granted a permit in order to travel to there. However, video evidence shows how majestic the area is, as it is basically an island getaway, completely detached from modern civilization.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
