Arspa
Arspa is the word pronunciation for the acronym A.R.S.P.A that stands for “At-Risk” Sports Psycological Association. It is a for profit organization designed to build bridges in communication and understanding “at-risk” behavior as it applies to amateur / professional team and individual sports used to reduce roster turnover, increase graduation rates among “at-risk” athletes as well as the arbitrary force to communicate between the “at-risk” and sports organizational objectives as a method of preventive maintenance, damage control, and behavior modification.
If your graduation rate among African Americans sucks, you want to keep your stars from transferring, or your athletic investment is “at-risk” then call ARSPA because the proof is in the pudding and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
