Arachnorodent

Noun. Cross between spider (arachnid) and a rat (rodent), producing the Arachnorodent. These common paests have eight legs like all spiders, but instead have the body of a rat, with the complex eye structure of a spider. They live in walls, particularly the walls of innocent home-dwellers' bathrooms, and poduce scratching noises. Arachnorodents are also seasonal, only infesting homes during the cold months of winter and early spring.
"I was taking a shower last night, and the Arachnorodents were running up and down the insides of the bathroom walls"

Arachnoislamophobia is a crime against humanity.

arachnonistic

Gettin' yer eras mixed up regarding spider-related matters.
Eight-legged anthropods have been around for many millennia, so you could not easily say anything arachnonistic about them.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
