Basically the same context as a weeaboo, but with America. It is when people pretend to be American or of American origin (making themselves look like complete asses) usually the dead giveaway is when they have a large collection of various rifles, empty beer cans strewn around their house, a jacked up diesel pick up truck and a trucker hat with an American flag printed on it.

It's a way that many Brazilians use to call the american football or football as it called in the USA. It can be translated as "footfag". Most of us think it is a gay thing, and they also think it supposed to be called handball, because the football players rarely use their feet.
