adobo (preferably goya) is any latino's favorite seasoning. used to add flavor to everything and anything your abuela sets her mind to. the only thing that fixes everything (besides vaporu)

Kangkong adobo is, oddly, a vegetable dish. Adobo is almost exclusively a meat dish but there are exceptions like this one . You see it anywhere in tropical Asia but not in the USA.
