Unlike looksmaxxing, which is mostly focused on physical appearance, 50Maxxing is the pursuit of becoming the best overall version of yourself in midlife—physically, mentally, financially, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Can include fitness, healthy aging, skincare, travel, learning new skills, dating, starting businesses, setting boundaries, making new friends, refusing to become invisible, and generally ignoring society's outdated expectations of what people over 50 are "supposed" to do.

Not about trying to be younger.
