It has variety of meanings, but it is also used as a mark of being a Swiftie on The Internet. Taylor Swift herself said it means that it is owned by Taylor Swift. It is kind of an inside joke that isn't one actually.

Red (Taylor's Version) 

Taylor Swift's second re-recorded album that was released on November 12, 2021. She re-recorded her songs from her 2012 album Red, and released 9 new songs, that were originally planned to be on her original Red album. This includes the 10 minute version of All Too Well.
