'Dina-Ho

A high-maintainence young woman from an upscale neighborhood or suburb (name derives from the Minneapolis suburb of Edina) with a constant need for attention who may appear attractive at first, but soon grows on one's nerves.
Damn! I though this girl was good to go, but then I realized she was a 'dina-ho, and frankly I just don't have the will or the money to put up with her.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
