PPP (Pretty, Proper, and Professional)

Very common in academics, students should adhere to this idealistic acronym "PPP" or Pretty, Proper, and Professional, which is an ideology or method to consider when submitting work, especially papers or projects. This acronym is not limited to academics, as it can be applied to other facets of life such as work, personal mottos, and more.
Professor: Make sure your project is PPP (Pretty, Proper, and Professional)!
Student: Ok.. My project will be P cubed, you got it.
Professor: Excellent, I look forward to seeing it!

Person 1: My life motto is to be PPP when in doubt.
Person 2: Not a bad life motto.
Person 1: Ikr....

antiwar protestor

This phrase provides another example of lamentable example of our loss of high English style. Certainly, 'protestant' sounds more pleasing than 'protestor,' and recalls the protest roots of several major religious denominations. And, if taken literally, 'antiwar protestor' confusingly appears to refer to a person who protests against an antiwar agenda.
He said,"When you say 'antiwar protestor', I think you really mean 'war protestant.'"

Rate My Professors

A site for college students to assist others into choosing professors for their classes based on difficulty of the course, teaching methods presented, and (occasionally) attractiveness. Many reviews are helpful and outline the professors lecturing style and how to prepare for his/her exams. Others are not helpful and contain reviews from disgruntled students who expected an A just for showing up.
Helpful Rate My Professors Review: "Be prepared to work! I took Prof. Johnson for Linear Algebra last semester. He is tough, because he wants you to learn how to prove theorems rather than memorizing them and expects you to show steps for reducing a matrix into row echelon form on exams. That being said, his lecture notes are very organized, drops the lowest exam grade at the end of the semester, and is always available to meet up with you after class.

Unhelpful Rate my Professors Review: Mr. Johnson is the worst professor ever! I do all the homework, and His exams are too hard. Not even a graduate student couldn't solve the questions on the exam!! I was a Straight A-student, now I have a 2.1 GPA all because of this prof. Avoid!!

professional

A drink derived of two simple ingredients. Mountain Dew slurpy, and everclear (a very strong liquer, usually need only 2 or 3 shots). Mix together and you have yourself a professional. It does the job like a professional the Mountain Dew slurppy masks this powerfull liquer and before you know it, your A-OK, good 2 go!
I want to get real fucked up tonight. Im thinking about heading over to 7-11 picking up a dew slurppy and making myself a professional.
