Safety Week

A period of time, usually a week, that is used when "taking a break" from ones relationship in order to hook up with some other partner. Used in conjunction with a semi-truth or lie about why said break is needed, the safety week adds a period of time to the "initial break" to serve the purpose of appearing like the break was actually needed, and not thought up for the pleasure of "cheating".
How are you and Sarah doing?

-Ok, i wanna hook up with my friend over summer vacation so I'm gonna tell Sarah I need a break and then get with that other chick.

Won't it seem suspicious that you want to get back with Sarah RIGHT after you get back from vacation? You should use a safety week or two.

Ritual Week

A week at some fraternities where the pledge class must learn the information on the house they are pledging. Some houses have more than one week they do this throughout the semester of pledgeship. The pledges are usually hazed a little and they learn the house rituals. AKA "R-Week" or "R#" (# is whatever ritual week it is.)
Ritual Week:

Pledge 1: Did you learn the full names of the house founders and all that other shit yet for R2 tonight?

Pledge 2: No not yet

Pledge 1: Your so fucked dude, i've been studying all week and didn't have all the info memorized til today.

O.A.C. Communicators Of The Week

The O.A.C. is known as the Ohio Athletic Conference.

O.A.C. Communicators of the week is a prestigious award that is given to two people who display excellence in all aspects of communication. These recipients show verbal communication and non-verbal communication skills both on and off the playing field. They are role models and beautiful creatures people cannot take their eyes off of, the type of people you want to take home to meet your parents, the type of people who get Nobel Peace Prizes and who find the cure for Cancer. Most respect them, some disrespect them, but jealousy is the sincerest form of flattery.
"Hey did you see Mara and Bre?"
"YAA!! THEY GOT THAT O.A.C. COMMUNICATORS OF THE WEEK FOR 669 WEEKS IN A ROW!!"
"Yea I know, isn't that crazy? Alex and Jill don't have anything on them!"
