When a taxi driver between passengers takes a nap on the dirt... Usually his hair will be sticking up and will be dazed/confused...

Term is gender neutral. Can be used for both men and women but, the definition is slightly reversed yet still derogotory.
Female: A dirty ho that'd fuck anybody.
Male: A dirty fuck that'd ho anybody.
One could even refer to a dog as a Dirt Merchant for all the asses it sniffs.
