Scrufflet

A cute word used to describe a lady gardener, who is covered in either mud, twigs, leaves, or all of the above. Scruffy from working hard creating magic in her allotment/garden like a total boss.

A cute girl who is currently in a scruffy state.

"Oh boy, I look like such a scrufflet right now."

scrumfuffle

A portmanteau of "Scrum" (ie. "a huddle, convening of a small group for a purpose"), and "kerfuffle" (ie. "a terrible mess of a situation"). When a group of developers come together for a scrum meeting, it can quickly and easily devolve into a "scrumfuffle" when bickering begins over sizing and assigning work. Or bickering over which text editor to use (ie. VIM or EMACS)

It could be a situation when developers (or another team) meet to discuss a plan and then the entire purpose of the meeting/scrum is lost, and chaos ensues when arguments arise.
