When you get distracted by different apps on your iPhone. Can also be used when you have so many apps you are constantly pulling out your phone in a group to show everyone.

"What was I suppose to be googling? Oh yeah. Sorry man - I got appstracted.". Or, " Quit pulling out your phone dude. It's an appstraction."
