1. An otherwise seemingly normal acquiantance whose thought process has obviously been clouded by copious and/or regular alcohol consumption, to the point where their normal personality seems to have been negatively affected, even during brief periods of sobriety. ~Often detected by unusually frequent bouts of making a complete ass of ones self and may be accompanied with foul odors.

2. Someone who may already have, or an insinuated suspicion that they may be dangerously close to having a diagnosable problem with alcohol.

3. Term for a person whose apparent alcohol intoxication seemed cause for a particularly unusual incident of stupid behavior.

James: "Was that weird or what last night when Steve took his pants off in the middle of the neighborhood BBQ?"

Ski-Tard

An obvious beginner skier or snowboarber who decides to get cocky and try black diamonds. he then gets to scared to do anything.

A person who is very bad at skiing or snowboarding who is always falling. usually falling right in front of a person.

"Where were you?"

Color Tard 

A person in the color gaurd who over exaggerates being in color gaurd and can't stand to talk about anything but color gaurd. They will often have a profile picture of them in their uniform and won't stop talking about the difficulties of color gaurd when really it's just a place for girls who weren't talented enough to be on the cheer or poms team.

Madison: "Hey do you know Julie?"
Peter: "yeah she's a total color tard and won't shut up about it."

In the farewell stage of an exchange of greetings and/or pleasantries, a 'you-tard' occurs when one party replies "you too!" when it does not apply.

Waiter says "Enjoy your meal" , you reply " you, too! A you-tard has occurred.

Towie'tard 

An individual, predominantly female, who lives in the greater Chigwell area. Usually overweight, unattractive and unpopular, hence their lack of actual social life. Due to their obsession with the equally shallow and materialistic cast of Towie, they feel compelled to show off their apparent affluence. Tanning sessions, shopping sprees holidays and of course the bottom of the range german car (BMW 1 Series, Mercedes A Class, Audi A1 etc.) all hide the fact that they are usually employed in a run of the mill job and still live at home, with their parents, despite being nearly 30. Any attention they do garner is exploited to its full potential, even if the person giving it to them is married. Or if in the rare instance that they are in relationship and someone else gives them the attention they crave, they will think nothing of taking advantage of the extra attention. Even to the point of going behind their (very few) friend's backs. Also in their arsenal is flirting and the suggestion of sexual favours within the workplace to ensure that they get what they want. They do however feel a certain superiority to other people, and sport a particularly smug grin when they feel like they are gaining an advantage over the "lesser" people.

Q. "How did she get a brand new BMW? She's only an assistant to the manager. Not like she does much work"
A. "She only got that job cos she blew ***** in the carpark. Anyway, she still lives at home rent free with mummy and daddy. Fuckin' Towie'tard!"

Tower Tard

A term used to refer to the idiots who attend Rowan University and live in the Tower in Holly Pointe Commons. These retards have an IQ less than room temperature and destroy anything they come across.

Did you see the bathroom on 6th floor F pod? I heard the tower tards ripped the the paper towel dispenser off the wall and threw it in the toilet.
