Remember that one time you were sitting in class and you see that girl in front of you with that tribal/floral/butterfly tattoo (appropriately labeled a "tramp stamp") across her lower back? Well what about that poor guy in front of you in History/Math/Science/Etc class with the black tribal tattoo centered on his upper back? Meet the "tool stamp."
