To be sarcastic in a non offensive manner. Used best in a flirting manner with someone who enjoys humor. To be charismatic and sarcastic at the same time.

Said to a dinner date... "Well now I understand why most men wouldn't date you...(wait for facial expression of suprise)... most men are intimidated to be seen with such a beautiful lady." She says " I see your being sarcharismatic."

The term used for the fee applied onto your hairdressing bill for having an unusually large head.

Because your damn head is so big and this haircut is gonna take longer than it should I must apply the $5 big head surcharge to your bill.
