A new opportunity for Hallmark Cards to create a non holiday

Is a funny outgoing, introvert who is not shy, but is kinda shy at the same time, everything that she does depends on her mood either she can be very loud or really quite, it's OK if you don't understand her, sometimes even she finds it hard to understand herself. At the end she really is fun to be around, she threatens that she'll kill you but, she's to sweet to do so, so don't worry ,she won't kill you but can cut you off from her life at if she feels uncomfortable around you

Hawthorne Effect

According to experiments (first conducted in the Hawthorn plant of Western Electric in Illinois, people who are told that they are highly capable and are doing well will then do even better work than worse. The adage "Honey catches more flies than vinegar" suggests that changes resulting from praise or dispraise may not be lasting.

At my workplace, nobody employs the Hawthorne Effect ....so it should be no big secret that it sucks to work there.
