This is a common phrase that is used when the person ordering (usually at a restaurant) cannot make their mind up for the life of them and constantly need their hand held for the rest of their lives. If a person tells someone their order intending to dine in, and after the order is done they tell the worker they actually “want it to go”, then that is a sign that that person is very inconsiderate and should be killed immediately for taking up the time of the worker and making them do more work for their extremely entitled needs, needs that they have to meet even though they aren’t paid nearly enough.
