Popular in the Southern Maryland region; an event, or get together usually defined by binge drinking while eating a large quantity of chips & dip in place of a proper meal. Typically this would include Utz crab chips, Carolina BBQ chips, ranch dip etc.

Chipbaggers

Chipbaggers (Noun, plural) - A derogatory word for people who mainly eat from convenience stores and gas stations. These people tend to be poor, malnourished, and some like to litter even if there's a trash can nearby.

Three chipbaggers left the corner convenience store on foot with candy, chips and 20oz soda pops, discarding their empty containers, fiol bags and wrappers on the roadside.
