This can be at a job site, at a neogotiation table, inside of a project, etc etc. As with any complex or dillusion, this usually is very untrue.

Jacobs a local chef has a terrible messianic complex as he believes when he comes to work each day hes the only one able to prep his entire resturant rather than his staff. He has to cook everything on the line himself rather than let his staff do there jobs
