The asshole at the table who always insists on splitting the check to save $2.50. Spends more time making sure that his bill does not have your iced tea on it than he does on choosing his wife's birthday present.

I can't believe what a bill rager he is - instead of just splitting the bill he insisted that he didn't eat any potato skins and wanted the bill separated. I think he saved $0.75. What an asshole.

Bill the Cat 

Bill the Cat is a local hobo in Iowa City, Iowa, and the main inspiration for the character (of the same name) in the cult comic, Bloom County, which Berkley Brethead drew.

Berkley lived on Bloomington street in the early 1980's, and thus, being from Iowa City, knew of the famous Bill the Cat.

Bill the Cat is a man in his '50s (or older, by now), who is about 6' 5", and once burst into a laundromat, screaming "I got's me some new shoes!", being promptley chased from the premises by the owner, a women of five feet, armed with a broom, screaming "I thought I told you to never come back here!".

Irritating host of "The O'Reilly Factor" on Fox News.

Calls himself "traditional" and takes conservative, stances on most issues and is generally arrogant and ignorant. Sticks up for the rights of children (his only redeeming quality) and pretends to stick up for women, but, for the most part, is an angry, crusading idiot who goes on and on about "morality" despite his infamous phone sex incident and uses annoying catchphrases, such as "secular progressive" (SP's) and "sanctuary city", to pound ideas into the heads of his viewers and alienate those who oppose him.

Bill O'Reilly constantly whines about Christianity being under attack in America, yet freedom of religion is guaranteed in the 1st Amendment. I guess he never got that memo...
