Shovel lip

Typical of African American male youths. To have one's mouth open, bottom lip hanging low and having the appearance of being completely stoned, or possessing an unusually low IQ. If the thug lowers his head forward while walking, he would "shovel" the dirt with their lower lip.

Quatravion sure is stupid. He walks around with that shovel lip dragging the ground. He's too dumb to close his mouth.
