Jobber

A person who has the mindset of an employee. It’s priority 1 in their life.
They are the people who will ask for more work even though they don’t make more. Or when it’s time to go early they ask a useless question to make the meeting last a little longer.

Stop being a Jobber they said we could leave early but you had to ask them to go over the information again for clarity.
