A term typically given to an extremely attractive girl who, underneath the expensive make-up and perfectly manicured nails, is completely plagued by problems of anxiety, jealousy, selfishness and the complete inability of putting herself in the shoes of others. Her problems usually stem from a poor parenting, (usually) in a middle-class setting.
Roger: So, how did that date go with Sarah last week? She's incredibly stunning...
Karl: She's stunning alright - and completely fucked in the head! She's text me 46 times in the last 2 hours and has already threatened to cut my balls off if I don't send her flowers.
Roger: Sheesh... you've only known her for 2 weeks man. What a 'broken Barbie'.

We had hoped that The presidents daughter would keep the president from being an egotistical dictator but she’s merely feckless Barbie.

A nickname for the C4 (1984-1996) Chevrolet Corvette, due to it being the same style Corvette that Mattel gave Barbie and the fact it is a less desirable and "cheaper" Corvette than most other Corvette body styles.
