One of the biggest losers in the 90's anime, Sailor Moon. Her birth name is Makoto Kino. She is notoriousin the fandom for her sociopathic tendencies and constant jobbing.

One of her biggest follies was training martial arts for the entire series (she stated in episode 30 she trains kung-fu in her pastime), having an entire episode dedicated to her training in the mountains, just for her to get completely destroyed in episode 193 by Yaten, a scrawny boy who the creator described as fragile and lifted nothing heavier than chopsticks. It wasn't just a typical beatdown either, but an outright decimation. Yaten effortlessly caught her punch while bending his arm awkwardly, and then proceeded to humiliate her by throwing her to the floor like garbage. What a loser!

A put down specifically aimed at the fanbase of the Jonas Brothers, whose fans have nicknamed the trio as Jobro. A portmanteau of Jobro and jabroni, a derogatory catchphrase coined by WWF Superstar, The Rock.
